The heavy duty welding hinge H602A Information & Specifications:

1. The material of this supper have duty welding hinge is steel.

2. The finishing is self color,of course zinc plating color (golden or white ) is available.

3. This hinge is consist of one strong pin, three piece steel washers, and four pieces lapped leaves (this is different from hinge H601A)

4. Hinge size is 28X172MM, thickness is 4MM, the length of each leaf is 40MM, the diameter of steel pin is 20mm and it is white zinc plating color.

5. Each leaf is closed lapped, this technique make the heavy duty hinge more stronger..

6. We quote this door hinge by each piece, but normaly it needs at least 2 pieces of this welding hinge to fix a door.

7. If the hinge is self color, we will put the anticorrosive oil on the hinge, also the hinge have hole to add the greese to keep the welding hinge be flexible after fixed with doors.
